It was a wonderful moving moment from CHOGM 2013. His Royal Highness Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales visited Kandy – the hill capital of Sri Lanka and spent time with children with disabilities. He did the ‘hokey Cokey’ with the differently abled in Nuwara Eliya and brightened up their lives by his visit. It was a moving moment in the schedule in Sri Lanka of the Prince of Wales.

Prince Charles also visited the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy for the first time in his life and flew on by helicopter to visit the tea estate that his visited during the Royal Visit of 1954. He had tea from the bush planted by His Royal Highness Prince Phillip, the Duke of Edinburgh in 1954 and met an employee at the Tea Estate who was actually present when Prince Phillip visited Nuwara Eliya.
