The Visionary Musician, Stevie Wonder may not know this but it was Radio Ceylon who introduced his music right across South Asia. His music was appreciated by fans of the radio station in the Indian sub-continent. When Vernon Corea was a presenter with Radio Ceylon he played Stevie Wonder’s music from the 1960s through to the 1970s. Recently there was a wonderful Grammy Award tribute to Steview Wonder bring in so many international musicians including Pharrell Williams, Ed Sheren, Beyonce,Lady Gaga, John Legend, Tony Bennett, Ariana Grande and a whole host of top musicians.
